Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage treatments are within your own home to allow you to feel safe and comfortable in your own environment.
I use essential oils to assist you in allowing you to drop in to your massage treatment, we can have gentle music playing or just silence to allow you to just be present in your own space.
Treatments begin at 60 min and can be extended, discussed on bookings made prior.
Chair Massage
Book in your staff to relax , breathe and just take a moment.
These treatments give so many benefits to bosses, family and friends. For just 10 -15 minutes my clients take a breath and just be present.
After over 5 years experience in aged care and corporate massage, I have noticed many changes, it is the body, mind and spirit that work together to heal you through massage. The body and mind work together to bring balance back into your life.
You release tension, anxiety and depression, along with improving circulation, organs, assist their blood flow and naturally relieves their pain.

A traditional massage from Hawaii, centred around the heart.
A massage for relaxation to your mind, body and spirit, using long flowing strokes similar to the ocean, whilst connecting within yourself from your heart and healing.
This massage allows you to reduce past pain and trauma in a gentle safe way.
I provide professional holistic massage therapy tailored to your specific needs.
